Week 41: 20 years and still not clever enough

So this week flew by and honestly I don't know where the time went or the days or anything basically or where to start haha.

Last pday we took an early train and went to Bordeaux because we had zone conference -- where we talked about being as the armies of Helaman, and played human hungry, hungry hippos which meant PANTS or trousers as our scottish sister training leader calls them haha:)

It was really fun and exciting:) The conference was amazing and super intense because the mission is getting more energy filled and you can feel it like electricity it is so cool:) I love being with everyone and learning from my president and his wife:) We talked a lot about the spirit and keeping him with us always and every day and listening well and it was amazing:)

This week something funny happened was we were porting on a door and it opened and this man started talking to us and was like "I'm so sorry but I cant meet with you anymore but thank you so much for your time..." and it was so strange and confusing and I think he thought we were jehovah witnesses and I think he had been meeting with them but we weren't too sure but it was so funny and ironic because we got broken up with an ami we didnt know was an ami, we searched our area book but couldnt find him so I don't know, I feel bad for those people whoever they were that were teaching him though aha:)

It was cold and rainy and just super gray all week but still a good week because we found three new amis and two of them have kids! It is exciting and hopefully this week we will see them:) This last week is jam packed with three service activities and lots of rendez vous and then two villes far awayish we have picked to go and find people:)

Another exciting thing was, well, not super exciting, but I was able to talk in church about love for others, missionary work and then bear my testimony. I have been in Poitiers for six months now and grown a lot and I find out friday if I leave, I am nervous but excited!:)
